We have 5 chalets available for let , on a short assured tenancy of 6 months.
The chalets sleep 4 people in 2 double bedrooms and are fully furnished with central heating. All the accommodation is on one level.
The cost of rent is £550 per calendar month (plus 1 month’s deposit before entry) plus all bills to be paid by the tenant (the chalets are classed as Council Tax Band A).
Each chalet has its own garden to the rear of the property which is private and securely fenced off. A garden shed is provided for each chalet, with its own electricity supply. Car parking (adequate for 2 vehicles) is outside the individual chalets and there is an “overflow” car parking area if required.
Please note: The chalets are fully furnished, however personal bedlinen/towels and t.v. to be supplied by the tenant.
